Monologue: The little sister.
Pronunciation
Focus: Gestures.
Prepare five
groups of cards with five different gestures. Cover them and have each student
take one. Then the students will walk around the room imitating that gesture,
while observing others and joining those who make the same gesture and form a
team.
Extensive viewing
Invite students to
watch the monologue at home and then record themselves performing it. Ask the
students to take care of the stress of the words. For which it is convenient to
put into practice the following tips:
ü Play the monologue.
ü Detect changes in tone and strength of voice.
ü
Analyze the sections
where you can express different emotions such as joy, sadness, anger, surprise.
ü Memorize the monologue.
ü Record a video performing the monologue. Review the
video and if you consider necessary record again.
ü upload the final recording to the virtual platform.
Feedback
Once the
monologues have been uploaded, randomly assign a video to each student and ask
them to comment on a positive aspect found in that work.
